FMS Ghana is a subsidiary of Universal Engineering which began its journey 13 years ago with a team of technical men with years of experience in the petroleum industry. Such skills and experience by the team has indeed impacted positively on the Company.
Over the period the Company has grown to assume the market leader in the industry by providing world class brand of product lines and services to the petroleum industry, right down from the design of forecourt, construction and installation of tanks and all Service Station equipment as well as automation devices to help monitor stock.
As a result, the Company has chalked reputable success over the period, and since its establishment it has built and maintained a sound credibility in delivering quality products and services in the petroleum industry in Ghana.
Consequently, the Company is proud to be the only service provider and main supplier of all the service station equipment and maintenance of Ghana Oil Company nationwide, even though it provides product and services to the greater portion of the OMC’s market share.
Such a good reputation is not by sheer luck, it is as a result of deliberate steps taken by the Company to achieve leadership in providing quality and knowledge based service and products to improve on the business of retailing for OMC’s in Ghana.
FMS Ghana was born out of the need to offer a complete fuel management solution as a compliment to the world class services provided by Universal Engineering.
The Company is affiliated and is a sole distributor of renowned world-class Companies that provide reputable brands of products from Gilbarco, Veeder-Root, Liquid Controls, Red Jacket and Gasboy. They provide the Company with wide range of products ranging from pumps and dispensers with their parts and accessories, automated fuel management system equipment and payment system equipment for retailing and so on.

Richard Atalobra
CEO
Combining over 20 years of experience in the Petroleum Industry, Richard currently holds an Associate Degree in Business Management, Diploma in Electrical Engineering and Micro-Computer Technology.
Samuel Kojo Kumah
Maintenance Engineer
He holds Bsc in Applied Electronics and System Engineering (Instrumentation) and had worked in various positions with a host of companies.
Theresa Banafoe
Marketing Manager
Theresa holds a BA. In Economics and Business Administration from the Catholic University College of Ghana, Fiapre.
Fosua Asiedu
Human Resource Manager
Fosua currently holds a (MBA in Human Resource Management), (A member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners).
Kwasi Tsibo-Takyi
Director of Operations
Mr. Tsibo-Takyi holds a B.Sc-Mechanical Engineering and a Post graduate Diploma in Hydraulic Engineering.
Samuel Kotei
Logistics and Procurement
Mr Samuel Kotei has (MBA in Project Management) diverse experience in the handling of people, telecommunication and Engineering.
